How It Works

Heartpass helps you learn more about your heart and overall health using your own data — while helping improve future heart health research.

STEP 1

Sign up and get your kit.

After registering, you’ll receive a Garmin blood pressure cuff and instructions to download the Labfront app.

STEP 2

Connect your wearable.

Pair your Garmin watch (and cuff if you have one) to the app. It automatically and securely sends your heart rate, rhythm, sleep, and activity data to Heartpass.

STEP 3

Answer a few quick surveys.

We’ll ask about your health history, daily habits, training, and recovery.

STEP 4

Wear a rhythm patch for a short time.

You’ll use a medical-grade patch for about a week or two to collect high-quality rhythm data that helps us better understand your heart patterns.

STEP 5

See your trends and insights.

Your data syncs automatically, giving you visual insights into your heart rate, rhythm, recovery, and sleep. You’ll start seeing how your body responds to training, rest, and stress — all in one place.
